On May 17th, we had the opportunity of helping out non-profit Love Fullerton community service day by filming their event.

Love Fullerton had a partnership with over 20 churches, city government, the Mayor and City Council, the Chief of Police, local businesses, service organizations, public and private education, as well as all their local residents joining together to enrich and “love on the city.”

It began early morning and included free food and vendors with a big rally to get everyone pumped before going out to their individual projects. After the projects ended, everyone met at Hillcrest Park in Fullerton to enjoy a free lunch put on by Jack Franklyn, owner of a popular local restaurant called Heroes.

It was incredible to see so many people join together and pick park benches, install hooks for backpacks in elementary schools, detailing police cars, putting blankets together for a camp, helping the homeless, building a home for Mexico, and so much other projects.

It was definitely a super hot day and lots of work, but overall happy with what we were able to get done for them.
